Keto Protein Balls - GF, DF
These delicious balls pack a punch. Stacked with protein and nutrients, all you have to do is blend and roll! They taste like a real treat and can keep you satiated for hours. Play around with the recipe ingredients and make it your own.
Once you figure out your preferred taste, make a large batch and store the extras in the freezer. Keep those that you plan to eat within a week in the fridge. Pull 2-3 out of the freezer in the morning and after a few hours they are ready to eat, making a great fuel on the go!
1/2 cup almonds
1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
1/3 cup walnuts
1/4 cup black sesame seeds
1/3 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup almond butter
1/2 cup tahini
2 TBSP monk fruit sweetener (or stevia or erythritol)
Simply blend and roll into balls!
